The agreement between you and Khaja Khoj
By using khajakhoj.co.uk you agree to these terms. If you list a business with us, the section on listings applies to you as well.
Khaja Khoj is run by the Khaja Khoj team, who can be contacted at hello@khajakhoj.co.uk or through our contact form. We are a free directory. We publish information about Nepalese-owned businesses in the UK so that people can find them. We are not a booking platform, we do not take orders or payments, and we are not party to anything that happens between you and a business you find here.
If a listing is wrong, tell us and we will fix it. If you have a problem with a business, that is between you and them — though we would still like to know.
You may browse, search and share our listings freely, and link to any page. You may not scrape the directory wholesale, republish it as your own, or use automated tools that place unreasonable load on the site.
Ask us at any time, by email to hello@khajakhoj.co.uk or through the contact form. We will make the change, or take the listing down, normally within a few working days.
The first twenty-five businesses listed are founding businesses. Their listings stay free for as long as the directory runs, including if we later introduce optional paid features for other businesses.
The basic listing will always be free. If we later offer optional paid extras, they will be clearly priced, opt-in, and covered by their own terms, which we will publish before anything is charged. Nobody will be moved onto a paid plan without actively choosing it.
The writing, design, guides and photographs we produce belong to Khaja Khoj. Business names, logos and photographs supplied by listed businesses belong to them. Quote us with a link by all means; do not reproduce whole articles.
We provide this directory in good faith and free of charge. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from dealings with any business listed on it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this address, with the revision date below.
